Withdraw from contract

On this page you as a consumer can declare your withdrawal from an order placed in our online shop.

Right of withdrawal: Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. The period starts on receipt of the goods. Business customers are excluded from the right of withdrawal. After submitting your withdrawal you will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
Return shipment: Please return the withdrawn goods to us after the withdrawal. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To register your return shipment, please use our returns page.
